Mannam judo is good at Ground Sparring

It seems like being a while and posting loads of ground sparring. 

But, today will be very refreshing one because we are going to focus on different types of sparring though. 

Generally, there are different names and forms of sparring in terms of sports. 
Not only judo has sparring techniques but also many different martial arts have sparring. 

In Muay Thai and boxing, sparring is normally called sparring


But, Chinese martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and Japanese martial arts are used in their own jargon like San shou(Pushing hands), rolling and randori


This video clip shows how the two different level of judoka plays. 

It must be a big match! :)

Mannam Judo: Best Female Player Ranking


No1. Ryoko Tani (Japan)
Ryoko Tani (39)


She is a Japanese female former judo player and became politician in 2012.

She has 2 Golds, 2 Silvers and a Bronze over the last 5 Olympics.

She has 7 World Championships.

Her record is the best of all competitive Judo athletes of all the time.




No2. Ingrid Berghmans (Belgium)


Ingrid Berghmans 


She is a former world title holder. She is also an Olympic competitor.

She won the gold medal in the `72 kg class at the 1999 Summer Olympics, where women's judo appeared as  a demonstration sport for the first time. 


No3. Kye Sun Hui(North Korea) 


Kye Sun Hui 
At the 1996 Altanta Olympics, North Korea Kye Sun Hui became the youngest gold medallist in Olympic Judo history at the age of sixteen. 
She was awarded the Kim Il Sung Prize and the title of "labour heroine".
