Ruslan's Mannam Judo story

1. What is your name?

-> Ruslan Sartbaev

2. How long have you been in Korea?

-> About three years

3. When did you start learning Judo?

-> Since I joint the Mannam Judo Club I began to learn Judo.
Before I used to play Sambo, which is a Russian martial art, when I was in my hometown, Kyrgyzstan.  So getting involved in the Japanese martial art was not so hardwork to me as other beginners did. (pointing out ) haha. (I am not boasting at all. )

5. What do you like about Mannam Judo?

->  AH! People I have met from Judo were a very pleasure to have in this country where I could be lonely or unhappy for staying. But, I think Mannam Judo team let me have lots of opportunities to face world-wide people. Therefore, I like everything from here, especially Mannam people who always teach me how to love. That's why I am always full of love when I am in Mannam Judo team. :)

6. The most impressive moments about Mannam Judo.

-> The most impressive? umm,, let me think about..
In the summer of 2012, I got a golden medal from the Judo individual tournament in Jeon ju.
Although I was in the biggest pain by getting injured my right shoulder, I just could not give up
and walk away behind other members. But, I did not expect to achieve the first place I finally did!! it was a miracle. I especially thank to Sabu who gives me the wonderful introduction of Judo that's the reason why my Judo has been improved so well, and also to my parents who always support me.

7. Last words you want to say to us.

-> Today is passing to the end but, it is precious since it never comes back.
So I would like to keep in touch with all you guys even 5 or 10 years later. Let's go for a picnic in my country or any other country. ^^
