Mini Soccer for warming up

Warming-up is so important before any kind of sports.

The place where Mannam Judo is held seems like a soccer play ground so at the starting of the lesson, we decided to just do it before the judo time.

Mini soccer game is actually so much fun.
Playing soccer really helps for warming body up and is a good sport for developing our fellowship. : )

Nice Team

So, guess who will be the winner at last?  ^^

Awesome Team

It's also warming up for mini soccer.

Although the game period is approximately 20 minutes, we never be exhausted it even gives us dynamic and fun training judo time.

When you are in happy mood, your judo ability is actually improving a lot.

Therefore, mini soccer game is our favourite in Mannam Judo club.

Does not just stay in a typical judo lesson, try something unique to get refreshed in Mannam judo.
